Becoming the Customer Support Specialist You Were Meant to Be
Online Training Course
This remote, 4-week job training was developed to onboard new Customer Support Specialists working in a high-touch service environment.
The 8-module, 32-lesson program (still in use today) includes self-directed and virtual instructor-led (VILT) lessons, instructional videos, software training (for eight different platforms), coaching on soft skills and professional writing, practice activities, role plays, 16 quizzes, 10+ job aids, instructor and participant manuals, and Asana project management and learner progress tracking.
